I think the best desserts are made with chocolate but so are the worst. it's very hard to make a good chocolate dessert that is not overbearing but not too light and also has the sweetness of chocolate withoout being sickly. It also can't be to whispy or too heavy and cloggy.
 
This thread is no good for my post pregnancy weight loss mission. I have an affinity for chocolate pudding :er: I also like fruit sorbet, lemon and mango are my favorites.

i'm sorry daniel... but i have never met a chocolate i didnt like....

if it doesnt put me in a coma for three hours, wasnt worth the effort..

The best chocolate item ever invented is the Cadbury Twirl.

I have had some chocolate I didn't liek it was gritty and nutty. But it's rare.

It is after all fat and sugar mixed together.
