This is a photo manipulation of mine that I love (despite the cluttered background). I am trying to stick with a surrealist style for my college portfolio, and I was curious on what you guys thought of this one in particular.

Do you think I should include it, re shoot the photo (maybe with a simple background and better editing), or exclude it all together?

I think the background is entirely appropriate for this image, but what I do think warrants a do-over is the lighting. I would start by better balancing interior with exterior to eliminate the hot-spots coming through the window, and add a fill image left (when viewed horizontally) to eliminate the dark shadow area under her head which as masked her hair.
