There's really not much interest in this shot. The sky is kinda ok, but understated. The tree line is uninteresting and has a distraction in it. The water is dull. The choice of portrait generally doesn't fit with landscapes. It's also kind squarish, but that may be your camera aspect ratio. It also looks a hair tilted. There is nothing really to draw the eye and lead us one way or another. It's very static, but nothing in the static frame is interesting.

Keep trying.

Here's another way to look at it. If you were going to paint this scene, what characteristics would you include in the painting? What would you exclude? What feeling would you try to convey?

The challenge in photography is to overcome the urge to click that shutter, and to slow down and study the scene. What are you attacted to? Once you have a good feeling about what are the primary reasons you like the scene, then comes the thinking about how to emphasize that aspect(s) and to reduce things that would distract.

Manaheim gave you a good critique. There are a number of elements which could have attracted your attention and compelled you to capture the image. The colour of the sky, the stillness of the water, the reflections, the silhouette of the far shore, are all possible reasons. But from your image, we don't know which one or which combination appealed to you particularly. And because we don't know, we aren't sure what you want us to see and look at.

Hey @Pgriz, thanks for the tip you've shared, I would agree with @Manaheim with his comment. There are lots of things missing in her picture.
