As you only get to see snow and ice in your refrigerator, here are a couple of snow pics for you that I took when I went for a walk through the nearby woods the other day:

As you can see, in wintertime, with everything covered in snow, there are only very few colour left in nature. And the thin layer of ice on the pools of the overflowing river and the river water itself look practically BLACK.

In Kerala, December is the month when temperature goes a bit down, that too say 20 degree Celsius, which may still hot for you; ...and what to say, this is enough for me to catch cold; i am having it now
