One more and then I'll move on to something else to shoot. I know this one doesn't look like "Natural light" but I was playing with the high speed sync and really liked this image.

Thank you John. I don't know about nailed since I've only gotten to play with it that one day. But I am excited to get to continue to use it and get better. It's been an experiment that has cost a bit more than I was first thinking.

I only had one cheap speedlight prior to this February. At that time, I bought the budget series Flashpoint monolight 2-light kit with stands and umbrella's. A few weeks later, at a class, I was introduced the the bare bulbed flashes that are like speedlights but with WAY more power. After researching them, I ended up buying the Flashpoint Streaklight 360 with a power pack. That system has a trigger that is an additional $35 that will allow HSS for the 360, so I got it. Well, it won't work in manual mode with my Canon 7D mk II. I cannot identify the issue with it but I ended up fixing that by purchasing the Phottix Odin II transmitter and receiver and this has solved my issue.

Now it is time to get out and have a lot more fun and see what I can create with it.
