Heaven, a nice art nouveau house in Brussels.

Hell, a burning neoclassicistic palace in Brussels.

Of course, not a real fire but just playing with my shuttertime to get some fun effect. No photoshop of course.

The second image works on some levels, the first I don't like.

Good to know that you don't like the first one.
I'm thinking how I can improve that.
All the surrounding walls of that facade were not so beautiful and didn't match the image I wanted to show, so I cropped the image.

Here in Brussels are lots of facades with sculptured things like these:

I'm definitely going back to that place for redoing that first photo in a few weeks.
I'm going to try better. Maybe from the side?
