:lmao:
Last time I've been challenged to such degree I just started freshman year in HS and the challenger was a HS senior :lmao:

Ok, well then, obviously you're scared. I've seen nothing but talk from a second rate wannabe. So what about your buddy , dark? Lets see you at least better version 2. Let us see some of your dramatic work. Yes , it's easy to type. Little harder to back it up, is it not? Glad to see we're all friendly now.

Alright man I will tell you what, my flickr is in my sig. Why don't you go look at all my pictures and compare each one to yours. You can have a little mini competition for each one and keep telling yourself you are the best photographer in the world. Obviously none of my pictures can compare to the masterful artwork you posted in here.

WOah
You're good! You need a tilt shift lens man. Some of that stuff is masterful. Hey the Jersey skyline though, Hey there are TWO THIRDS of the sky and I don't think that is proper use of the rule of thirds. LOL. Seriously, good stuff. Ok I give. You win.

Dark, you suck. You shouldn't be allowed near a camera. You should sell it, NO BURN IT and never think about photography again :D :lmao: now that you mentioned it i'll take a look at your link

But I'm still waiting for you.

I told you, I don't do landscapes. But if you want to see what I do - READ the signature.

This means so much coming from a member of the photoforum that has posted one picture and has 14 post! THANK YOU!!!!!!

And my shots are in no way masterful

I don't blame you for thinking that after looking at the OPs masterful use of exposure, contrast, and the rule of thirds.

I think the rule of thirds comment was idiotic and generic. The horizon already falls on a third. More than just the rule of thirds is needed to turn this into an interesting photo. Nothing is happening.

It's an ok picture. Good, but not great.

Not my cup of tea. That doesn't mean it's not good. It only means my work is different from yours. Now lets me and you get straight. This snapshot I posted, well, it was just out of the blue stop the car.
I'm not making any excuses man, that is what you see. I saw the storm coming dude. Miles before I got to that dead end bridge. But man when I got there. The clouds were so damn dark bro, I knew I could wide angle the bich and make it look like the clouds were coming into the bridge. Next step compose it and there were only a couple ways. I picked convergence on the third points. I mean I just saw it. I didn't get it exact so I clipped it and I was real close enough to hit thirds on more than one point.
I know it's a rather uninteresting bridge, but I can't really call this a skyscape. But that's what made it. I'm enough into this to see it when others pass it by. I'm enough into this to know that there are 33 and 1 third , thirds, and you use that IF you can and in many more ways than one, such as you see. I'm into this enough to know that I probably shouldn't be bickering back and forth with someone else who's into this. But I will tell you at the end of the day , and no offense to the guy who commented, that he was wrong to my eye and what happened that day. This can clearly be seen in the image. What does that have to do with you? Nothing.

Increase brightness but more importantly, increase contrast. I think you'd get better results then. :)

YES finally!!!!! It was generic and idiotic. He didn't see it. Something is happening though.
It's a storm coming. Like a bad one. And thank you.

The only thing it had to do with me was your negative attitude towards someone who your randomly asked for CC. You didn't accept the comment as is but you negatively rejected it. A person spend his/hers time looking over the image and analyzing as he knows best to give you an objective feedback for no other reason that being nice but your remarks were disrespectful and unnecessary. Then you began to challenge me (still can't figure out why). I don't shoot landscapes anymore, I'm bored with them. I like to shoot weddings, kids, people but it doesn't mean that I can't give feedback on composition, lighting and overall theme/mood and YET you began attacking me personally and only you can answer why. Like many people here, I take the time to look over an image b4 writing anything. At times that time could several minutes and then write up an objective CC and getting replies like you did
Well, you are wrong. I know that might be hard to accept.
is just disrespectful.

I was being nice.
Oh well, you know, Water drops? Sunsets? Flowers? Baseball while practicing Bokeh, rather than giving it the correct dof? Please. I'm asking nicely. Please spare me.
You know, come to think of it after checking out all of your flickr, you haven't " uniquely" hit on the third points on anything in there EXCEPT "Lake Superior - Duluth_" WHICH DID impact me but then popped my bubble when I realized IT'S CROOKED, CERTAINLY YOU SEE THAT. Ok you did get the horizon right under hard light in the Jersey shots. Its all been done before you. No drama. Nothing in there that says wow. Not bad though. It's like every image you capture is on a beautiful sun shiny day, like mid day, somewhere real close to home. You know , easy stuff. Lets all go spend a day at Bush Gardens where the light is perfect and not a cloud in the sky. The dark sunset image made me wanna puke, given you come in acting professional. A sunset????????? Please. Go home son. You aint that good. Show me one thing you've created that has impact. Post it here.
Oh and by the way. Here's the uncut version, you might notice that by the file size.. Saved it for last just for you.

If true, why disrespectful? And what I typed was true. You know that as well as I do. You cannot argue that.

I'm enough into this to know that you can't except other people's opinions. I'm into this enough to know that you shouldn't ask for people's opinion if you can't take it. I'm enough to know that you have very good math skills.

I'm enough into this to know that you should take a hike rather than come in at the tail end trying to assert your comments while following suit and stirring the pot. I'm enough into this to know that the mans opinion ( as another poster put it) was generic. I'm enough into this to know he was wrong. I'm enough into this to know I am not here to take yours or anyone elses crap.

Wanna give critique when I ask for it? I suggest you're right, when you do. If not, I am going to tell you so. If you don't like them thar apples, don't tread.
