Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
This camera has no serial number whatsoever, i tried looking up on google but that was useless, need the help of an expert.

Sure... for modern stuff. Go back to gear from the film/cold war days, you can probably find some now-declassified stuff on ebay.
 
Call NASA. They may know what it is.
 
Who made Shlnker lenses? The spelling (without a vowel in the middle of the word) doesn't look like it was made in the USA, seems it might be a more eastern European spelling maybe? (This may seem off the wall but being a hockey fan it makes me think of what I've seen that's Slovakian, Czech Republic, etc.)

Looks like an enlarger to me, but not like more modern Beselers, etc. The shape reminds me somewhat of old Kodaks but ones I've seen were much smaller.
