Hello! I just have a few questions that I really need answered.

I am looking into buying a new camera and I already have a Minolta Htsi along with a couple of lenses but feel the need to upgrade.

So the question is:
What is your opinion of the Minolta Maxxum 7?
or else would you recommend any other camera instead of the Maxxum 7?

Also, are Tamron lenses of any quality?

The Maxxum 7 is an excellent camera. Like any brand of lens, Tamron makes some good lenses and some not so good. Check:
