Hi from Southwest Michigan!

I'm Joanna Reichert. I've been a photographer in some way, shape or form since I was a kid. Worked for a newspaper right after high school for a few years and have been doing personal photography for years. I've realized that I'm not fulfilled in a 'traditional' career and so I've indulged in the gear that would let me fully express my vision (in other words, I'm gradually losing my sight and want a camera that kicks @ss.) I'm artistic in many ways but photography is my forte. I'm very influenced by Jamie Pflughoeft and other great pet photographers, and my initial foray into 'pro' was just pet photography. I've since realized that I can't ignore my interest in landscapes, portraits, food, and product photography, soooo I'm exploring that as well. Guess that's about it - glad to be here!
