I do believe they are talking about taking it to another level, think IS for the extreme shaky hands. However it doesn't help for objects in movement, so while yes you can shake more no the object can't be moving faster. It appears a bit gimmicky but who really knows what could come from this?
Conceptulization Think bigger than what is being presented (future). This is the tip of the iceberg and shows us that the companies are working hard to produce a product that will help the consumer and the their own bottom line. I call it a win-win situation.
