Yes, I have contacted TPF as well as a half dozen other forums who is effected by this thieving site(s).

Yup, every thread, thread title, post, and picture you see posted on the above mentioned Blog and Forum was scraped from a legit site else where. Example, just copy any thread from the Apple section of that forum and do a search, chances are it will come up Macrumor.com. It's a total Bot/Scrapper site.

So.... who is "loze.org" and why does that website look like a clone of ThePhotoForum.com?

It's basically a clone of this site -- including the theme, name, everything... but lots of broken images.

The admins and site owners are aware and have been working on this steadily.

Tim, it's probably more of the same - won't last.
