Beautiful woman, pretty image. It has a cool tone to it, almost like Ektachrome 100 Professional film looked.

Well, I think the lips are overly-saturated..just a bit too deep of a red. As to whether the image is over processed, I would say no. It looks like a glamour/beauty shot. I think the hair could use a slight bit more detail, by being made a bit lighter in tone. Also, the face is very,very smooth and looks like it has been smoothed, so I'd go ahead and do additional processing on the skin of the wrist and thumb, and sublimate the normal natural wrinkles found there, and since that would be adding additional processing, I don't think one can say this images is yet "over-processed".

For for the first image, I like the shot and the tones, but there's something about the model's arm/hand positioning that doesn't really flatter her.
Her fingers look like they're positioned strangely and her dark nail polish only accentuates her lack of nails. Not really as flattering as it could be, but the image has excellent tones of her hair/dress/eye shaddow, etc.

I really like the second shot in both composition and style.
I could reduce the red saturation/vibrancy of the model's lips, but her eyes are really well captured. Nice shot!
