Haha never, because they get killed or end up in jail before it happens half the time I'm not trying to pick a fight, I don't smoke weed, but I couldn't care less if you guys do. I'm just saying.

I don't think it will ever be legal in the US (as much as I would like that to happen...). The only way that could happen is if they could tax it - and they can't tax it. Tobacco is hard to grow - it needs a specific climate and a lot of maintenance. Pot is very easy to grow - so easy that you can do it in your closet. Who is going to pay the taxes on the government stuff when you can grow the same thing (or better) in your closet?

You know, it is a "weed" after-all... Weeds grow wild (and so does pot in most of the world) - how can they tax something that grows in your back yard/closet?

Yeah outside of medicinal purposes it's going to be tough to pass. They're competing against big pharma who are racking in revenue taxes for them to begin with. It wouldn't make sense unless they change the infrastructure and chime in regulatory bodies like the FDA. Then they'll be talking.

I'll have some Capt and Coke.. I never liked the high from pot, but to each their own. I think it should be legal, but if they ever made it legal again I bet it would be on some specific strain that is genetically altered to be sterile. This way they could control it like Alcohol & Tobacco.

Just the idea of weed comercials is funny enough. Tylenol, Advil, Aleve, et al. would have trouble keeping their shelf space.

I've been a toker for nearly 40 years, but have slowed down to occassional use now....... once or twice during the week and on the weekends. The missus actually partakes more than I do, go figure.

I think I've shown this one before, so sorry for the repeat.

But here is the brass balls. I got my first ProtoPipe in '77. They seem to grow legs. This is my third and I've held on to it for about 20 years. Before all the security crap at concerts (and assigned seating... anyone remember festival seating?), this was the perfect little party pal, hit it and cap it. You can stash quite a bit in the storage chamber.

Remember my dad used to grow that stuff and dip it in alcohol to rub on the joints. (said it helped) well when the plant would get as high as the peak of the house the cops would stop by and do their annual harvesting. Kind of funny as they knew what was up and never gave him a hard time.
