It still amazes me how they can spot fish from above and swoop down like that.

Great series. Jealous.
 
Ditto on great series! Somewhere I have a similar shot to #3 but it was pure luck as my continuous burst speed is not up to snuff.

I've been trying to catch the perfect stoop. I want one really close. They supposedly dive at 80 mph so they are pretty hard to track. I'm thinking 1/1250th is not fast enough but I can't get any faster unless I go into the noisy realm of ISO 800 on the D300.
