So I finally got out of the house on Sunday without kids in tow and managed to get up to lake Simcoe. Driving down a back road and there, over a patch of forest are about ten Turkey Vultures over head. Maybe they were waiting for something to die but I just had to stop and try and get some pics. It was really hard as most of the time I had to shoot straight up because of the forest getting in the way of nature shots I was trying to take:S
I managed to save these. They are not that good I know as the lighting from that angle was terrible but comments are welcome. I have pushed and pulled them in PS to try and get more detail out of them.

These two were from Thanksgiving Sunday and the lighting and angle are far better as I was high up on a cliff over looking a river in Bowmanville.
