If it were me, I'm not a fan that it is shot looking down, but then again I like the water as a backdrop. The tree on the right side of the frame draws attention away from the subject. I'd probably frame it from the waste up, and adjust the camera angle so that the water is directly behind her (subject between trees) so there isn't a tree coming out of her shoulder (also detracts from the subject). Just my 2 cents.
