My first shots with EOS 350 D

These are my first shots with my canon EOS 350 D.They where all taken today at belfast castle,Three where taken at the water works also!All C&C welcome.

1)White cat

2)Stairs

3)Fountain(Not the greatest shot in the world) :wink:

4)Castle(over looking Belfast lough)

5)The Napoleans nose or Mc Arts fort

6)Swamp

7)Seagull(Again,not the greatest shot)

8 )Ducklings

9)Conquers

Welcome to the world of the DSLR!!!
I love number 6 & 9,
6 I cant really tell where the water starts, It has a wicked reflection and illusion.
9 just captures my eye, if you can, should go back on a daily basis and take the pic of it again, it could make a really cool looking growth sequence

Just get out there, take as many pics as you can, read about different settings/techniques and talk to people, when I first got my 350D i only had the slightest clue about the sort of high quality images it can produce, but the more you shoot, the more you will learn and the more you will get hooked, it can get pretty crazy at times
