The blurred foreground needs to be removed.
I think this image would look better cropped square.
Possibly darker.

Darker I could see.... whatever is needed to get that purple to pop. seems like darker could do it. I was actually thinking I liked the composition however.. maybe a grad nd to push the foreground down a little?

I appreciate the feedback guys, thanks. I considered a square crop and I'm not sure which I prefer. analog.universe, I don't mind at all, but I think your edit is a just a tad too dark. How are these looking?

The first one (cropped) looks best. In the second, the foreground is out of focus and a little distracting. A fine job overall.
