Necesities for taking Photos from a distance.

Hey, I'm looking to see if it's possible to set up a camera on the ceiling to take photos from a central location.

What is needed to make this possibke if anything?

It's being used to take photos from the front desk in an arcade atmosphere so people can buy the photos of them playing on our website later.

Any suggestions is appreciated .

What is an "arcade atmosphere"? What is the nature of the ambient lighting? What sort of distances are involved? How much money are you willing to invest?

20', small daylight lights every 8-10 ft.

3 custom built sport arcades, similar to outside a prof sport game for pregaming, but indoors. I need 3, I'd prolly dont want to spend over $1,000 all together.

I sound dumb. Facepalm.
A better question to ask, what's your best suggestion for quality in the previously discussed circumstances that works by remote remote and wirelessly syncs.
