Needing C&C

Even with a flash why is my background so dark.
I do not remember the setting's and there is no data with this.
I am still learning and probably way off on the setting's.
From now on the data will be in the picture.
Need alot of C&C.

Try bouncing the flash... Or, try the invisible black background technique (you can google it).
