NEW CAMERA WHICH FLASH?

i have just ordered my new canon 40d yay i have heard good reviews so far anyone can give me feedbakc on the camera and whether or not this was a good choice? and akso i am wondering which external flash u recommend for this camera that is suitable and im willing to spend £150 ($300) thanks

Welcome to the forum.

The 40D is a very good camera, no worries there.

As for a flash, I would recommend the Canon 580EX but it might be out of your budget, so have a look at the 430EX.
