did you use actions in the first 2? or what did you do to get those effects? If you did use actions which ones?
In the 1st one I used 2 actions..the 1st a lomo action and the 2nd a b&w action. I put the b&w image as the top layer and the lomo image as the bottom layer, put a layer mask on the top one and brought back some of the color with a low opacity brush. The 2nd one is easy. Just duplicate the layer 2 times, leave the top layer in color, change the 2nd layer to a sepia or b&w image, and leave the 3rd one as it is. You change the blend mode of the top layer to overlay and just mess around with the opacity on the layers until you get the desired effect you want.
