I recently bought a Nikon D5200. I did tak pictures with it, but I am still new to the camera and photography.
I would like to learn more about my camera and photography.

Welcome to the forum. D5200 is a nice camera. Use the search faculty on the forum to find out answers and if you can't find them ask your own. The most important thing to read fully now though is your cameras user manual

I believe the compete manual is on the software disc that came with the camera, and there is no hard copy.

Nikon now calls it a Reference Manual.

Actualy, you get both. A paper manual AND a cd.

You want to learn about your camera and photography.
Well learning about the camera is a matter of playing enough with it and reading the manual but learning about photography is a lifetime of learning.
The more I learn about photography the more I see how very little I really know.

Just keep pluggin away and enjoy the process.
