It's too small for me to make much out, but it looks like everything is blown out (overexposed). It's all white.... even the shadows.

When you compose a post, select "Go Advanced", there next to the "Post Quick Reply" button.

When the advanced Reply box appears, look on the right at all the smilies. under them you will see [More]. Click on [More].
