Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Spent a decent amount of time out in the world today, minus a few hours at work on my day off :( Hit some of my normal spots to see what I could find.. Comments welcome...

1 Testing a 2x TC with the Tokina 300 F2.8. Worked ok, not great

2 Got a cool reflection on these sandpipers.. Not my normal up close style...

3 Wanted for feather theft

4 A beautiful bird :) proudly standing over a not so alive squirrel... This is the Tokina wide open...

5 I went back to find the Hybrid Heron looks like he has taken up company with this Snowy Egret

6 Not a bird :) I do have a Tamron 90mm macro, but I don't use it too often

Gorgeous, as usual. That last picture makes me think you need to get that macro lens out more often! ;-)

So if the Little Blue/Tricolor hybrid breeds with that Snowy Egret, then what? A tricolored, little blue snowy...

The look on the first birds face is killing me, it actually made me laugh

Really like the first one but then again I am more a fan of raptors.

CC, nice shots. I like the vulture and the butterfly the best.

Gorgeous photos. The first one made me smile. Your title on that one is true, they must know you by now. I like the symmetry in #2.

well done, I think the 2x works pretty good. only down side is a little more CA, and OOF areas look a tiny bit rougher, maybe its the lighting, but it seems to make it really constrasty. but in reality my Nikon 300 2.8 with tc20e III didn't look any better.

I like the way the feathers on the turkey vulture lead up to the head, and are lit by the sun, as well as the creamy background and low angle that introduce some forground OOF grass.

so you still are going to tell me you have never been pooped on by an osprey, after I have seen all these under the osprey shots....? haha

I wish some of my "normal" spots had cool things like these!

Nice shots! :D

Thanks everyone for your kind words as always!

I do dabble in Macro sometimes but birds are cuter :) I guess it would be a Tricolored Snowy Blue Egret Heron :)

I would be surprised if the Nikon isn't light years ahead of the Tokina if you pixel peep. It should be I would think...

Nope no POOP!!!! The count so far is 1 gill plate, 1 large intestine and a gizzard, the eyeball just missed me :) :boogie:
They normal give a little warning and do a handstand (well talon stand I guess first) Straight underneath is pretty safe, it is more projectile style :)
