Robber? and mite

I wasn't sure if this was a robber fly or not, but I expect by just looking at the front of it's face it may be difficult to say for sure. It was very small. I didn't notice the little mite beside it untill I started to process it.
I notice now that it has quite a bit of noise. I'll try to clean that up.
