So last night i bought my first real kitchen knife. I'm not sure if it's a good brand, of if it'll last, but my god what a bloody difference. Even small things like slicing cucumber. Amazing. I was cutting paper thin slices.

I'm amazed, and it's things like sharp knifes that make me want to spend more time in the kitchen. I have some chicken to cook tonight. I wonder how i'm going to cook it....?

You could cut it up into small pieces with your groovy sharp knife and with a little oil, do some stir fry. That's always good.

Dang, that sounds good...yesterday I made tostados for dinner, tonight I think it's chicken quesadillas! I make my family a lot of mexican food =)

Just to update. My new knife doubles as a great steak knife.
