In all seriousness, she switched from Canon to Nikon to share gear.
Have you compared a 5D Mk IV to a D850?
it's not even a close comparison.

So you have the same cameras so that you can share gear.
Now you complain that you two are sharing too much gear.

The only solution
Borrow her camera body
and misplace it (ie, hide it) .........
But don't allow her to borrow your camera body.

Of course, that may only work for a short time as there are fixes to that scenario; some verbal and others based on $$$.

update: one of her D810 is dying after reaching a shutter count of 300,000
There's this mad buzzing whinging sound when writing (sounds like a failing capacitor on the mainboard)
It had fried a couple of memory cards too.
Selling her my D810 plus battery grip *LOL*
