the lights don't look brilliant and bright as they should.

just screams underexposed to me.

I like it and it certainly portrays a video game like vibe. Very nice!

Yeah it was underexposed for a Reason, I have a similiar picture with bright light, but it killed the graffity like vibe of it. You can see actualy the speed at wich the lights moved here.

Eh I have to agree thatthe dullness of the blown out portions and the overal underexposure makes it feel a bit muddy.
