I really like how sharp her eyes are, but I'm not sure if it's a good or bad thing that the depth of field gets a little shallower towards the bottom of the image. What do you think?

I vote for "bad thing". If the composition was such that a much more prominent area of the photograph was OOF due to shallow DOF, then it is understood that the photographer probably intended for it to be OOF. In this shot, only a little area is OOF, which tends to draw attention to itself.

First and foremost, why is she blue????? I would like to see the whole image in sharp focus, 'though the fading focus isn't unpleasant. I also think a slightly different crop which either includes or excludes the whole breast would be better. I like the concept.

Unfortunately, can't include.. that's how I shot it, I think. I will check the source file to be sure. I can post an edit later of excluded though. Why is she blue? Well, black and white looked boring to me, and color wasn't doing it for me, so I played around with filters until I found this one, which I liked.

The crop is much better. The angle you shot at is driving me nuts. It looks like you were slightly below her. Maybe that was intentional but I think I would have liked it better if you were level with her.

Did you notice the hair sticking above her nose tip or coming from below her nostrils? That just can't happen. Is this a portrait or one of a series of mugshots? I don't mean to be hard on you but you can do better. But not if you fail to pay attention to details.

See, the difference is that last time you didn't critique.. you just said I was bad. This time, you've provided useful advice, and I appreciate that! I didn't even think about the hair by her nose being a problem! Thank you for pointing that out.

Yeah, the hair... it distracts from the profile seeing strands on the other side of her face, might have been better tucked behind her right ear and out of the picture. Seems more shades of gray than actual B&W, and I'm not sure a bluish tint works well for people.

She has a VERY striking profile, and the low camera angle is very flattering to her. I think the hair seen behind the nose "reads" acceptably well, but I am more concerned about the blown-out hair that fades to background white up near her eyes. I do not mind the OOF breast outline at the bottom, as the "base"; the cropped version loses the "base" effect, and also loses the clever dress seam detail on the outside of the breast area. My main issue is why this is looks so soft...my guess is it's yet another of your 50mm lens shot at f/1.8 shots. I'm not sure what you were hoping to achieve, but doggone it...I like to see these kinds of shots done with some sharp, clear focus and some decent depth of field, and some technical fundamentals satisfied. This is border on a neo-realism effort, where I expect to se CRISP, and highly realistic rendering of everything about the subject, so...no shallow DOF, no fuzzy ear, no fuzzy hair.

I sometimes like the cyanotype-style look. I get that. She has a GREAT profile, and a really pretty "look". You made a good picture I think. I can see though that with a slightly different approach and some technical decisions this could have been a great picture. But still, it is a nice picture. I LOVE the face/neck angle congruency, and the bust/shoulder placement and the framing and low camera angle are all very appealing. She looks Goddess-like, which she will probably really like.

Daryll, I didn't say "bad" exactly. We disagreed on if your photographs are "special." Hopefully, you'll look back in a year and see great improvement in your photography.
Once someone "arrives" or becomes special, how does that photographer grow? Derrel makes a point about your DOF, especially if you shot wide open. The left breast and left eye are too far plane wise. But don't let anybody tell you that hair growing down from her nose is acceptable. Treat it for what it is, a mistake, and move on.
