The best part of traveling is the realization just how big the world is and just how many different people there are in it.
This young man was watching me snap some photos outside the Grand Palace in Bangkok.
I lifted up my camera, he didn't move so I took a shot.
I wonder what he was thinking.

The world does have many different people. I would love to travel, but we do sort of travel without leaving home. We host many Int'l students from the local Uni and I love learning about their cultures.

I don't know what the young man in your photo may be thinking, but he does have a connection with you and doesn't seem taken aback. It is like the connection when you just happen to meet a strangers eye in a brief moment and you both realize that you are aware of each other at the same time.

Your photos show a respect you have for others that you photograph.

It's a good shot, but I rather see him isolated or the others more OOF.

(I never liked the dark-framed eyeglasses. Everyone looks like a librarian, but that's a good thing I suppose.)

I doubt it. The 'capitalist running dog' thing is a Communist trope, Thais are the most capitalist of all Southeast Asians.

They are oof quite a bit, I think any more would look too artificial and draw attention to them.
