I like the eye-flow, following the "real" figure's gaze to the right and then engaging the reflected figure's gaze. So compositionally it's working ok. Technically, there I things I would change:
- get some detail in the hair
- less red cast
- soften the light to avoid the hot spots on the nose and forehead
- the greenish background is an unpleasing look against the red skin
