Maybe a "most chicks" thing, but not THIS chick. This chick really never got the whole "Aww, look a cuddly baby--I *must* hold it and coo at it" syndrome. I loved MY two boys because they were mine--and also, they were Awesome, lol--but even when they were little, it just didn't serve to make me gush over babies.

Nowadays, I see a little one like this, and I just find renewed appreciation for my little empty nest. I *ADORE* having adult children.

Had the same line of thinking, ended up with 8 kids. Love all of them. Raising goats now, kids are all grown

Goats smell better, are just as cute when little, are easier to deal with, don't go to college, don't want to borrow the car, don't have parties when you go out for the evening, don't get into drugs and alcohol, don't have to be reminded to cut the grass, earn their keep.... shall I go on?
