Yeah good Idea thanks, ive been to that site a few times and watched some of thier movies! I didn't know they answered questions though I'll look into it. Thanks again Oh and I really want one of thier I Shoot in RAW shirts. LOL

my wedding photos are 90% flash, it opens a whole new world of photography, I suggest do the wedding to your best ability BUT PLEASE don't book any more until you have had some experience as an assistant with a competent photographer, read your flash manual and practice, practice and then practice some more, learn how to bounce your flash and learn how to slow sync your flash.

Just remember word or mouth in this industry is very important so don’t tarnish your name before you even get started. I’m not trying to scare or discourage you but wedding are a very stressful and long days.

Yeah I was thinking about bouncing it off the ceiling since it's white......to make sure i dont lose the groom in the room.....

If the ceilings are too high you'll want to look into a bounce card, I made mine with white card board and an elastic

Oh, wow!

OP, just a little tip, regarding how you use your facebook business page...You really should leave off all posts about business decisions. Customers don't care about you deciding to order business cards or not. "New name, new pricing, new website coming soon"...it's better to just roll it out when complete, than show your potential customers so much is "going to change". Having a "name my business contest?" Really? Carefully watch your wording in your posts..."Please pass my page!" is not what you intended to say. Again, don't make posts about what you are "going to do", just do it, and anounce it. Ah, I see now..."School stuff" should be left off your page. But that summed everything up right there.

It is a business page, not your personal page...

If it is your personal page.. then like my self you can put TMI stuff.. for example...:

"I just wiped my butt with A4 paper in my pocket because I didnt realize there is no teepee".

I have a fan page for my photos (lol) and I even delete comments other people may make that don't really pertain to my photos directly, like random questions from friends and such. If you want to clean your page up, I believe you can also go through and 'hide' things, so they are still there, but no one is distracted by them.

I just don't understand other photographers sometimes, why does everyone have to always act like there so much better then someone else. Everyone starts out somewhere, putting others down gets you no where and makes you look like a fool!
