For this week’s challenge, let’s revisit the tried and true advice that we’ve all gotten at some point - fill that frame! Filling the frame has many benefits. Distracting background? Frame it out by moving in. Cropped a limb by mistake? Crop in further to make it intentionally tight. Busy subject? Frame in close to isolate or highlight.
Filling the frame let’s the viewer know exactly where to focus and creates a greater connection between the viewer and the subject. So let’s go (metaphorically of course, since we’re all on house lockdown) and let’s fill er up!
As always, new photos only for the challenge please. Get out there (to the kitchen? yard? driveway?) and shoot!
