what camera for youtube videos do u recommend me?

I'm a beginner. I own only a Canon Ixus 130 digital camera.
so my video quality is not the best, but not that shitty either. I can produce videos, lol.

But I was looking for something better.
Is there a good camera that is not too expansive?
60fps if possible. Any suggestions?
Oh yeah, and should I buy a compact camera?
