is this? Does anyone know...? This photo was not taken by me.. A friend in Minnesota took it and she isnt sure what this is... Neither am I.. So I thought I would post here !
It's a falcon, I'm not sure exactly what species it is though. I only know the falcons down here in Texas really well... Beautiful pic though!
I'm sitting here with my bird book and the closest thing to that bird is the Prarie Falcon. I would say that it's definately a juvenile female Prarie Falcon(winter coat)
