I like number one. It is more active and interesting. Even though you can't read the logo, you still know what it is immediately and I don't think it detracts from the shot.

Both great shots definatly. Thing is, I love the lighting of number one better then number two. Number two looks too much light and number one looks good, two has the better splash though. All in all darken number two and it's perfect.
