My grandmother inspired me, she was always taking pictures. Now though I tend to the darker photographers, Joel-Peter Witkin, Sally Mann, Meatyard. I love my dslr but working with film is amazing and what I prefer, 35mm and 120 MF. I don't have the slightest idea where my love of this hobby will go, but its a fun road to travel upon.

Honestly I just like taking pictures...had the opportunity to spend 2k on gear and off i went. Just filed my tax return and getting 2500$ back, but unfortunately I need the cash for a month long trip to Europe..... grr wish I could blow that 2500$ on camera gear

A TPF wedding in the making???? If that one ever happens I will fly in from Europe. It might turn out to be even more beautifully, insanely more creative than my daughter's. I may even take some pictures :lmao:

I can see it now. Instead of candles there would be speedlites with radio triggers as the centerpiece of every table. You may want to put a seizure warning on those invitations.

There was a local photographer that did photography work for the local newspaper specializing in emergency scene photography. Another photographer who specializes in fire department apparatus photography.
