Nicely done. Nice, appropriate lighting; good solid images. I think #1 is much better with the reds pulled down a bit.

The skin softening adjustment brush and the Dodge and Burn tools in LR can do pretty well on portraits if one is familiar with how to use them. Many go too far on skin, eyes and teeth. Keep at it, winter is a long way from over.
