is this a digital filter or film reticulation, i made in the 80's on film, but the last time I tried making a film reticulation it did not work, seem most films today have better heat resistance

it is a b&w film reticulation, Jeff.

what type of film & water temp ?

it was old ORWO 35mm film, boiled for 10 minutes in water.....if the effect does not come, more time may be given.

in my town now there is no b&w film, except colour film by kodak....
still i can try on my old, if found, negatives of bw.
