Oh a couple posts while I was posting... yup, 5.6 is going to be pretty shallow depth of field, esp. at such a short focal length.

Nice inch pattern FAL. I have a 50.0 Belgium made rifle. I'll have to dig it out of the safe and get some pictures.

The WB does seem a little off. I would find another background to shoot against too. I'm not sure what I have around the house that I could use to get a shot of my rifle given the rather long barrel.

I've been giving it some thought trough out the day as to the redo, I am going to rework the background and sence some to see what I can do. I have a few interseting ideas. I'll be sure to post them here should be fun.

where are you from NATO? I would sell my feet for that gun. Im also a part of nato in the canadian infantry.

From and At are 2 different things, From: Germany, At North Carolina.

If I understand Canadian Firearms laws correctly this rifle is in the "restricted" class.

If I make you feel any better I am working on building Canadian C2A1 (the squad automatic verison) of the rifle.

ETA: I don't know if I would ever part with this rifle, it's won too many matches for me.
