Noobish question. I often see C&C in titles. What does it mean?

Comments and critique, the poster is asking other members for their input on an image(s) and suggestions for ways in which it/they could be improved. If you want C&C on an image, post images in a thread, not links, number your images and try to limit it to four or fewer for the best results.
