Interesting, although this is confusing to me...

Minor digital manipulation is acceptable, such as removal of dust spots, minor cropping, and adjustments in color and contrast.

..and then they say something about the color acurately reflecting the scene. Does this mean no BW? They use a BW image on the page.

Winning images must support printing at a maximum of 8 feet in height.

Jon this reminds me, that I recall hearing around 2002-2003 about a new garden being build in the DC area, do recall hearing anything about this?
