Contemporary Men's Portrait - Need Feedback

Constructive criticism/thoughts? I have more experience shooting women than men. Would love some feedback.

I think they're great shots.
For my taste the shadow in the first one is too heavy and could use a reflector.
The second and third are too flat and could use a little less light on one side or the other.

thanks! good thoughts on both. I found it hard to balance the light for man vs. women. The flat tends to work for contemporary beauty shots but trying to find the right balance for guys is harder in my opinion.

The second shot in bw. Thats the way a modern man should look. More like that. I would be happy with that shot. The facial expression and the pose work better then the others IMO.
