I'm very confused right now. If my budget allows, i should get a better lens than a better sensor?

Get the best sensor that money will allow right now, but a great sensor is nothing with poor optics. Try to balance your purchase between a good sensor and great optics. No matter how many times you change your sensor, if you have low quality lenses, you will always get low quality results.

What is a good sensor or a bad sensor if you cannot use them. I would say go for the Canon and do your experience with Close and long range Lens. Only when YOU will see your Hardware limits then you can pass to a better sensor or lens.
