Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
I took up photography this summer and whilst I feel I've learnt a lot and improved substantially, I feel I've reached the point where I need feedback from others to improve further.

Here are some of my favourite photos taken over the last few months. I would appreciate any and all feedback on them. I feel I should be getting closer to my subjects and I would also like to capture more "action" in my shots.

The best way to get critique on your images is to embed them in the thread. Many members are hesitant to follow random, off-site links, especially from newer members.

My images are too large to be uploaded on this forum, so I've hosted them through an external (and very well known) image host. Is there a better solution than this?

Yes. Make them smaller.

Thanks - have embedded 15 photos into the top post.

Leaving skill critique aside for the moment, what I am seeing is that of drama in street captures. The darks and shadows do give off that impression.
Oddly enough, #4 is probably your best one and the person is a distance away. Which makes if work perfectly. Tells a story which is imperative in drama.
"Skill" wise it has the best exposure.
My idea would be to give it a bit more room in the foreground.
Take what you have done there and take what you can learn from it in the aspect what you are going for.

I feel something missing ... I think you know it to.
Suggestion ... look at capturing the human element that has more of a connection to the surrounding scene.
