Japanese Barberry - underexposed?

My DH thinks it's underexposed but I really like how dark it is. What do you think?

The only person who can decide if something is under exposed or not is you. It is a tad dark for my tastes, but if that is the way you like it that means it is properly exposed

The darkness makes it look like you're looking through something and the radial blur adds to that overall affect.

Yeah it would be a very typical and really boring shot if it werent for the interesting darkness. and of course the blurr
