I don't see a lot of graininess, but I'm tellin ya that my glasses are dirty and I've been looking at algebra for an hour.

Nor am I. Don't forget that high ISO and under-exposure will both increase noise (grain) in images.

high ISO = 100 or 200 correct?? or is it the other way around?

Low ISO is 50-200ish, the above shots were both 400, which will give you some noise depending on the camera body and how dark the scene is, this can be mostly removed post fairly easily usually.

At ISO 400 you will start to see some noise. Use ISO 100 for less noise. First picture you could have easily used ISO 100 and raised the exposure time a bit.

Second one is a bit more difficult, although shooting wide open would have allowed you to use a lower ISO setting.

In daytime like those you don't need 400 iso. 100 or 200 will do just fine.
